Beef tallow represents rendered fat from cattle, specifically sourced from the nutrient-dense suet surrounding the kidneys and loins. This premium fat undergoes careful processing to create a luxurious, butter-like consistency that has nourished human skin for millennia.

Quality tallow has a fatty acid makeup that is nearly bioidentical to the natural oils our skin naturally produces (called sebum).
